8 Account Suspension & Closure

ubet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

11 Limitation of Liability

ubet88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 12 Privacy & Data
